Krystian Jarosz, DMD, MDS
Dr. Krystian Jarosz, affectionately known by his patients as “Dr. Krys,” is an award-winning orthodontist who has been recognized nationally for the high quality of the orthodontic treatment he provides. During his orthodontics education at Rutgers School of Dental Medicine, Dr. Krys was selected as the #1 resident in America by the prominent Journal of Clinical Orthodontics based on his clinical skill acumen. He has been featured in multiple publications such as Orthotown®, the American Orthodontics and Middle Atlantic Society of Orthodontics newsletters, as well as the Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
As an undergraduate student, Dr. Krys attended the New Jersey Institute of Technology where he graduated #1 in his class with the highest honor, Summa Cum Laude. He then obtained his degree of Doctor of Dental Medicine at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of NJ where he graduated at the top of his class with the highest honors. Following dental school, Dr. Krys received additional training as an oral and maxillofacial surgery intern at the University of Illinois at Chicago. He then worked as a general dentist for several years, providing comprehensive family dental treatment for both children and adults, before returning to residency to obtain his orthodontic specialty training.
Dr. Krys was born in Poland and immigrated with his family to the United States as a young boy. He is fluent in Polish and conversant in Spanish. Dr. Krys is married to his wife, Maria, and they recently welcomed their first child, a baby girl into their family. During his free time, Dr. Krys enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He also enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, playing tennis, and soccer.
